Yes, most beaches have parking areas. Some may require:

Where is fishing allowed, and do I need a license?
Fishing is a favorite pastime here! You can cast a line from the shores of Lake Erie at Sturgeon Point Marina and Evangola State Park, or try your luck in Big Sister Creek and Eighteen Mile Creek, which are famous for bass and seasonal trout runs.
License Requirements: If you are 16 years or older, a New York State freshwater fishing license is required.
What is not allowed at the beach?
To protect our natural shoreline and ensure everyone has a great time, the following are generally prohibited at our town and county beaches:
No Glass Containers
No Alcohol
No Fires or Cooking on the Sand: Grilling and open fires are restricted to designated areas with permanent grills; please do not cook directly on the beach.
Stay Off the Dunes: At Bennett Beach, it is very important to stay out of the protected sand dunes to help preserve this rare local ecosystem.
