How to apply for a New Passport
Fill out the above application then call my office to schedule an appointment for the acceptance of your application and the taking of your picture. You will need to bring with you your current Driver’s License, government issued raised seal birth certificate and two (2) checks for payment.
Appointments should be made at least four (4) months in advance of your trip.
Beginning Monday, April 2, 2018 the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has increased the passport acceptance fee (also known as the execution fee) from $25 to $35. Other fees for passport application services remain the same.

FISHING CLINICS
The sport of fishing is one of the best ways to connect people of all ages to the outdoor world. Attending a fishing clinic can provide a great introduction to the sport and provide answers to the many questions you may have. Approved free sportfishing clinics waive the requirement of participants to possess a fishing license or enroll in the Recreational Marine Fishing Registry (during program hours only). All other applicable fishing regulations remain in effect during an event. Organizations or groups interested in conducting a free sportfishing clinic should fill out the Application to Conduct a Free Sportfishing Clinic (PDF) (278 KB) at least 30 days prior to the planned event. Frequently Asked Questions
Am I able to pay for my dog license over the telephone using my credit card?
For your protection, the Town’s policy is not to accept payment over the phone.
At what age does my dog need to be licensed? What is needed to license my dog? What is the fee?
Any dog 4 months of age or older must be licensed or younger in age if the puppy is caught running at large.
A current rabies certificate which is valid for at least 30 days from the date of the purchase of the license.
AND
If the dog is spayed or neutered then a a spay/neuter certificate is required in order to receive a license fee discount.
$15.00 if the spay/neuter certificate is submitted when licensing the dog.
$28.00 if the dog is unspayed/unneutered or if the spay/neuter certificate is not submitted when licensing the dog.
Discounts available:
$1.00 if the owner is 65 years of age or older (must provide copy of driver’s license)
$1.00 if the dog has been micro-chipped (must provide paperwork)
What is needed to apply for a New York State marriage license?
Both applicants must be present together and have the following with them:
Government Issued Raised Seal Birth Certificate, Government Issued ID or Passport
AND
If there are any prior marriages then the following must be provided:
Divorce Papers and/or Death Certificates for any and all prior marriages for however the marriage ended.
FEE: $40.00
Applicants need to come in a minimum of 24 hours before the ceremony and a maximum of 60 days before the ceremony.

Can I Renew My Dog License On-Line?
Yes.
Go to the Town’s Website: townofevans.org
On the Home Page in the Quick Links Column Click on ONLINE DOG LICENSE RENEWAL.
The license can be renewed provided the rabies certificate on file with the Office of the Town Clerk is still valid for 31 or more days after the renewal.
If the Rabies Certificate is not valid for another 31 days from today or a new vaccine has been administered after the last time a license was purchased you must provide the Town Clerk’s Office with the updated Rabies Certificate.
This can be done by one of the following methods:
*dropping a copy of the certificate off in the Night Deposit Box located at the small entrance of the Town Hall on the right hand side of the brick wall
*drop a copy of the new certificate in the USPS Mail and mail it to the Town Clerk’s Office
*email a readable picture of the new rabies certificate to townclerk@townofevans.org
Once the Town Clerk’s Office receives the new rabies certificate the dog license record will be updated and then beginning 24 hours later you can renew the license by doing the following:
